Sherry, an originally licensed Real Estate Agent in 1984, is a 6th generation Rankin Countian. Her love for Mississippi, especially our area, runs deep! Her lifetime of affection for and knowledge of the metro tri-county area has given her extensive knowledge of this place we call home. After graduating from Pearl High School, she attended Hinds Community College and the University of Southern Mississippi, obtaining a degree in English. She began her teaching career at Pearl Junior High School in 1976 and retired from Pearl Public Schools in 2017. Having taught thousands of students spanning three generations has given her an even deeper connection to our community and its good people. As a seasoned educator and lifelong learner, Sherry is passionate about educating buyers and sellers on the real estate process. She is a lifelong member of McLaurin Heights United Methodist Church, where she married her husband, Joel, a retired banker, 43 years ago. They have two grown sons, Jordan (Carolyn), and John Rogers (Alisha) and two young grandchildren, Kruise and Mary Kamdyn. She lives by the Golden Rule, enjoys time with family and friends, sports, the beach, antiques, travel, government and politics, learning something new every day, and everything chocolate!
As a Realtor, Sherry’s top priority is to make clients happy! Having lived here all of her life gives her the enthusiasm and desire to make her home, your home! She can’t wait to be your REALTOR® and become your friend.
